The Oconee County Schools Youth Art Month Exhibition highlights over 250 young artists, grades K–12. Youth Art Month emphasizes the value of art education for children and encourages public support.
Painters will be given an example of what to paint and their own canvas to create their work of art. Themes will incorporate Black History Month and Valentine's Day. Ages 5 & up.
"Clouds and Clay: Up Above Georgia" is an exhibition of aerial photography printed on aluminum by Dr. Chris Greer. 100% of art sales will benefit the Get Comfortable fund. Greer will spend the afternoon demonstrating how he utilizes drones for his photography, and the drones will transmit a live-stream video to the brewery while buzzing over Athens.
